Class Policies

 

Advanced booking, is highly recommended.  Walk-In's will be accepted, if spacing allows.  Our classes are limited in sizes of only 3 attendees per class.  This is for your benefit, as with small class sizes, I can provide customized classes tailored to your needs.  With that said, it is important that if you know you aren't going to be able to attend class, that you cancel your spot so that someone else has the opportunity to sign up.

Cancellation Policy

**If you are unable to show up or must cancel, please do so at least (1) hours prior to your scheduled class.  If you cancel after that (1) hours window, it will be considered a "late cancel", forfeiting your spot & you will be charged for that class.  We do not offer refunds for missed classes.**

Hours of Operation

The Studio is open Monday - Friday: 5am - 6am & 4pm - 8pm & Saturday & Sunday: 6am - 8pm.

Privacy Policy

No information about any client will be discussed or shared with any third party without written consent of the client or parent/guardian if the client is under 18 years of age.

Virtual Class Location / Technical Capabilities

​

All of our Virtual Classes are held on Zoom.  When attending a Virtual class on Zoom, please make sure you have access to Zoom before class starts.  Access may include downloading the Zoom application and/or creating a user account on the web.  This process could take 5 minutes or longer, depending on what you need to do, so please verify your technical capabilities prior to class start time.
